The Acting Academy class is open to a wide range of young people, from those seeking to increase their confidence to those wishing to pursue a career in the theatre and television. Our dynamic program provides young actors with a great diversity of material and challenges.

The Acting Academy programme is comprehensive and covers improvisation, voice training, warm up skills, work with props, scripts, character analysis, theatre techniques, acting for camera, duologues, monologues, theatre games, structured scenes and stage presence. The work will all contribute to building a diverse skills base that will enable success in the LAMDA Acting exams.

Students will participate in a showcase, to which we invite friends and family. There will also be filmed work published on our facebook page.

New for 2024 will be our professional representation. If pupils are deemed to show the required maturity and commitment to their classes, they will be invited to join the Act One Agency where they will be put forward for professional work as an extra or featured actor in TV & Commercials.
